* *Proficiency with business process analysis, documentation and
modeling.*
* * Experience using WebSphere Business Modeler (WBM) desired.*
* Proficiency in *requirements elicitation, gathering, structured

* Proficiency in *defining various requirement types* for an IT
project: business requirements, user requirements, system requirements.
* Experience using *requirement methodologies (Use Case and HLD) to*
*prepare user requirement documentation.*
* Proficiency using *requirements management tool RequisitePro.*
* Requirements *experience with Java/J2EE Internet/Intranet application
preferred.*
* Ability to effectively work with a large and diverse group
of.stakeholders.
* Ability to investigate/research issues, determine impact and provide
solutions.
* Experience in collecting, organizing, and presenting technical
information.
* Experience in preparing documentation, meeting notes, and other
written communications.
* Be extremely detail oriented and well organized.
* Ability to lead and mentor team members.
