At least 4 years experience of helping organizations take high level process requirements and convert them into detailed functional specifications and system designs ? Training and certification in Remedy products via the official BMC training courses ? Able to develop a Remedy solution from detailed specifications with minimal supervision ? Must be capable of working in both a windows and UNIX environment ? Knowledge of Oracle and MySQL databases ? Knowledge and understanding of Java and JavaScript ?
