Response Due Date: EOD 04/24 Rate: $40/hr (All-inclusive) Dallas, TX Duration: 3+ months Responsibilities • Work closely with Business Units and IT groups to elicit customer requirements • Document requirements following client SDLC standards, using standard UML diagrams, and use cases • Collaborate with business units to define the project business case and justification • Work on ad-hoc projects for the program such as Business Process Mapping • Document functional and non-functional requirements for the Corporate Citizenship Enterprise Solution following client SDLC standards • Contribute to project status reports • Participate in development of test plan and test cases • Provide analytical support for projects • Assist the selected provider with identifying potential business and technology solutions Qualifications • Eight or more years experience working on large scale projects as a Requirements Analyst • Demonstrated aptitude for documenting requirements • Ability to understand technical development projects, and work closely with a highly skilled technical team focused on portal/web-based applications • Proven analytical skills • Enthusiastic about their job and able to work with diverse groups of business and technology partners • Object oriented analysis and design experience strongly desired • Ability to build strong alliances and reach effective solutions with internal customers and external parties • Strong leadership and organizational skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple dependencies • Level to be determined based on qualifications JAD Session * 3 (Moderately Strong) of 5 (Expert) and 5+ Yrs.
