This Team Lead will coordinate resources and act as a technical expert. Complete Description: Years of Relevant Experience: 5 plus years, and 2 to 3 years project management experience. Preferred Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study Role Description: ***This team lead must have 5 years of development expertise.*** Manage the resolution of high severity production problems. Manage and direct Application Team activities employing appropriate program management and planning principles. Coordinate work with other Team Leads as appropriate. Coordinate and procure the required skills and techniques required by the Application Team. Associated deliverable items: Document and present requirements and designs to business and IT management Design and document data flows to capture the data needed to satisfy requirements Design and document test case scenarios to support relational models Analyze data using SQL and/or other tools to perform and document gap analysis Entity Relationship Diagrams ETL procedures, triggers, alerts, error trapping and associated documentation Management reports Experience other Divisions of Developmental Disabilites is highly desired VB.NET <http://vb.net/> Development Required 7 Years SQL Server Required 7 Years Good Communication Skills Required Relational Modeling Skills Highly desired Experience with other Div of Dev.
