Minimum 10 years experience writing task-based documentation and reference material for end users and administrators. Must be well-organized and able to schedule multiple documentation projects effectively to meet production schedules. Must be results oriented. Must be expert user of Framemaker and Acrobat. Must possess good to intermediate skills using Illustrator and Photoshop. Experience with WebWorks, and/or html/xml authoring preferred. Must be fluent in English. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, effective inter-personal skills and be able to work in a team environment. Must be able to provide task based guideline samples in Framemaker.
