*ROLE** PeopleSoft Developer * *STATUS** OPEN * *START** 1/24/2011 * *DURATION** 12/31/2011 * *LOCATION** Remote * *STATE** PA * *BILL RATE** 60 w2 * *RATE INFO** * *ROLE DESC* ****This job req is subject to overtime discounts (0.95x exempt; 1.35x non-exempt) and a 10% discount after six months of service*** REMOTE WORK - US Citizen Required Candidate will be converted to Unisys employee within 6 months. **Person is preferred to be on the East coast and travel for this position will be paid for by the client.** Looking for Peoplesoft Payroll Developer · 4+ years experience with North American payroll, in PeopleSoft 8.8, 8.9.,9.0., 9.1 as most recent version · Experience in customizing calculations and other elements of payroll processing · Experience in completing pay runs based on multiple input files from different business units · Experience in troubleshooting pay run issues in real time to keep pay roll processing on time · 3-7 years of experience programming and developing PeopleSoft applications · Require strong PeopleSoft Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application engine, Component Interface, SQR Reports experience. · Strong SQL knowledge · Work with project leads (Development, Functional, Technical and Interface/Conversion) to confirm and substantiate functional and technical designs. · Experience with customizing PeopleSoft Workflow and must have developed complex modules or bolt-ons to the applications with minimal supervision Perform analysis, design, coding and implementation of system changes, customizations. · Strong functional & technical understanding of PeopleSoft in the areas of Human Capital Management (HCM) - HR, Payroll, Time & Labor etc., especially North American Payroll · Must have experience in working in a structured, development environment, using industry standard methodologies like CMMI, RUP etc · Experience with Hyperion and Ariba would be a plus · Mentor junior developers and conduct design reviews · Interact and communicate with Client to provide status and facilitate meetings, provide feedback with regard to releases, etc. and participate in all the technical review team meetings Minimum Qualifications: · BS degree in Information Systems or related field · 3-7 years of experience with PeopleSoft · Extensive experience with SDLC and systems analysis, design and testing · Exceptional analytical skills · Ability to learn independently, work effectively in a team environment and work with a diverse user community · Strong technical writing skills and the ability to effectively communicate with users, technical staff and all levels of management. · A self-motivated individual with the ability to drive towards high quality solutions and resolutions.* *Please respond to [email protected] only.* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "mainframe" group.
