Below are the job details, Please let me know your interest. *Title: Cognos Developer Location: NJ Duration: 6 Months Rate: Not to exceed $50/hr C2C* *Once shortlisted, candidate should undergo background check on education, employment, drug and crime. * *Experience in designing and developing Cognos metadata model and reports using Cognos 8.4.1 *Must have an extensive experience in working with Query Studio , Report Studio , Event Studio and Analysis Studios. *Must have an extensive experience with relational structures , Metadata modeling , Dimensional Data modeling techniques , Data Warehouse and reporting techniques Must have an extensive experience in working with Framework Manager Models. *Must have complete understanding of ETL process and architecture. *Must be able to validate the reports , create test scripts and generate validation queries *Must have complete understanding and knowledge of a version control tool ( VSS ) *Experience in working with Cognos Portal Integration, setting up Cognos Security. *Good experience using SQL with relational databases especially Oracle RDBMS. *Knowledge of Transformer/Powerplay is a plus Knowledge of any one of the ETL is a plus especially Informatica.
