Bachelor’s degree or PMP certification 2. At least 60 months experience with the Title XIX Medicaid Program. 3. At least 60 months experience with large-scale claims payment systems such as eMedNY, and interfaces with other systems. 4. At least 48 months experience in a Medicaid environment with interactions between Medicaid, Medicare, providers and other state and federal agencies and programs. 5. At least 36 months experience supervising staff. 6. At least 24 months experience with developing and maintaining working relationships with local districts and/or the Medicaid provider community, other bureaus within large health-related organizations, and federal agencies. 7. At least 36 months experience with project and/or portfolio management for mainframe-based software development programs.
