*Job Title : Network Engineer* *Location : Coconut Grove, FL* *Duration : 6+Months Contract**Rate : 50/hr on C2C (MAX)* *Role & Responsibilities:* Experience with enterprise sized networks and high availability environments; Provides Firewall, Load Balancing and Switching hardware/software engineering support; Troubleshoots firewall, load balancer and connectivity and email systems; Solid foundation on network concepts: OSI model, TCP stack – CCNP or CCNA is desirable; Monitors network performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades; Makes recommendations to ensure compliance with business continuity plan; Maintain documentation for network support processes and procedures to provide timely and efficient customer support; Continually reviews, identifies and suggests improvements to existing processes to ensure that network administration is optimized; Concrete understanding of: switching, routing, subnetting, load balancing, DNS, mail; Participates in the evaluation of network related hardware/software products.
