The role includes the consultant for Enterprise Genesys CTI solutions, managing and coordinating production support, contact center voice platform and integrated solutions such as Call Recording and adjuncts. *Scope of Services* The talent’s skill profile will include the following: · Experience in Genesys CTI applications, IVR, CRM integration, ACD configurations and Reporting - Act as main point of Contact to provide end-users support for CTI applications and integrations, including IVR, CRM, ACD and reporting. · Knowledge/experience of Installation and Maintenance of Genesys CIM software, including CIM and eservice components. · Should be capable of providing troubleshooting and support of Tier 3 CTI issues. · Talent needs to have in-depth understanding of CTI in order to provide detailed reports to management on system status on all platforms. · Knowledge and Experience in Contact center software upgrades for products like Genesys, Cisco, Nice, etc. · Experience in CTI Load testing. (Assist with HP Load Runner Test script development for CRM/CTI interaction.
