This is a mainframe position for one of the Energy and Utility Company in Las Vegas, NV which operates in the states Arizona, Nevada and Southern California.
The team works on Customer Service System (CSS). This system is built on mainframe and performs the following for the Residential Customers belongs to Arizona, Nevada and Southern California: 1. Maintain contact details 2. Capture and maintain meter reads 3. Generate, Adjustments, approvals and Maintain customer monthly billing 4. Interface to other internal systems Gas transportation system (GTS), Billing and Oracle GL 5. Generate and Maintain Reports and Records management 6. Provide Customer Support for both internal and external The candidate should have good communication skills and work ethics to fit into the existing team.
