This position requires individuals who are not only experienced as a Scrum Master, but have extensive track records of delivering high quality systems and products. You will need to have a strong understanding of and hands-on experience with Agile Methods, especially Scrum. In addition to acting in the role of Scrum Master, the position requires close collaboration with enterprise Agile Coaches to ensure compliance with the Scrum implementation approach. You will also be responsible for the coaching of teams on scrum practices to ensure benefit from and adherence to core agile principles is achieved. *Primary Responsibilities* - Act as Scrum Master for 1-4scrum teams with a focus on guiding the teams towards improving the way they work - Facilitate sprint planning, retrospective and sprint demos - Assist the product owner with keeping the backlog groomed - Ensure cross-team coordination - Reach out to the larger company network for impediment removal - Maintain relevant metrics that help the team see how they are doing - Coach and mentor other scrum masters in our product team. Ensure that our ways of working are consistent across the teams - Liaise between the developers and User Experience/Visual Designers.
