*Position:- SAP EDI Consultant* *Location:- Winston-Salem, NC * *Duration:- 12+ months* *MOI:- Telephonic + Skype* - SAP-EDI Intermediate to Specialist level, minimum 8 years’ experience, will analyzes complex business problems to be solved with current SAP-EDI IBM Translator (GISHI). - Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and enhancing current systems and procedures based on client requirements. - Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements. - Design, configuration, and functional experience in SAP-EDI and IDOCs. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues. Expectations*: * - Strong SAP technical, configuration, and retail business area knowledge (functional SAP MM, APO, PI). Be able to configure SAP-EDI at a project level. - Firm understanding of EDI file formats and SAP IDOCs. IBM Translator GISHI, IBM Inflight Tool, VAN/AS2. - Capable of translating customer and internal specifications for enhancements and extensions to Electronic Data Interface application interfaces and maps. - Skills: Excellent written and spoken English skills are mandatory. - SAP-EDI (ECC 6.x) - EDI x12 - ALE/IDOCs - Functional SAP working knowledge of MM, APO, PI.
