*Position : Project Manager * *Location : Atlanta, GA Duration : 12+ Months * *Interview : Phone then Face to Face Must be a Green Card Holder or US Citizen * Job Requirement · Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience. · 8-10 years progressive work-related experience with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines/technologies/processes related to multi-country loyalty or marketing programs · 3+ years of managing significant, complex projects. Experience in international stakeholder management and/or P&L management is preferred. Job Responsiblities · Demonstrated project management experience in organizing, planning and executing large-scale projects from conception through implementation on a global basis. · Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in the development of global loyalty or marketing program operations. · Demonstrated knowledge of key marketing activity delivery (from brief to final delivery) including measurement / learning reviews. · Strong marketing skill and demonstrated proficiency in identifying, managing and developing effective marketing creative and copy. · Proven negotiation experience with suppliers in terms of fees, remuneration structures and commercial deliverables, inclusive of experience managing 3rd party marketing agencies. · Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of financial management of marketing programs including complex budgets. · General understanding of database tools, data warehousing and data mining. · Experience of managing multiple, international stakeholders. · Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of providing information to clients, vendors, and staff.
