Manager open to filling in Eden Prairie, MN (Optum Tower) Manager IT Quality, Integration Strategy Description: As a Manager IT Quality, Integration Test Strategy, you will drive complex integrated test projects, partnering with cross sectional application teams to develop program level integrated test strategy, test data and environment management, metrics and reporting strategy. The ability to communicate program level Quality status, proactively identify issues, drive resolution and escalate across functional domains and teams (e.g. SA, Dev, QA) is essential. Primary Responsibilities: • Accountable for defining and driving complex integrated test strategy for large programs across multiple application teams • Communicate and interact with appropriate areas on problems, changes and enhancements that may impact data, workflow and /or functionality. • Ensure quality processes and timelines are carried out through all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle • Partner with business resources, systems analyst, designers and programmers to create/analyze required project documents and ensures that quality assurance processes and timelines are incorporated. • Accountable for analyzing system requirements and technical specifications to create Integrated test strategy for complex business initiatives • Ensure consistent processes are followed to plan, document, evaluate and track test results to ensure system applications are free from defects • Drive defect resolution across the cross application teams (Analyst, development, database, quality) to ensure on time completion of testing. • Work with business users in defining End to End business test plans • Ensure defined standards for test definition, execution and defect resolution are consistently followed. • Ability to research test cases and defects in Quality Center and/or Test Director • Lead teams through walkthroughs, inspections, reviews of the Integrated test strategy, reports and issue resolutions • Active leadership during production implementations and post deployment quality assurance activities. • Comply with standards of the software development life cycle and follow strategies, plans and procedures defined by OptumRx Technology. Qualifications External: Requirements • *Undergraduate degree in applicable area of expertise or equivalent experience • 10+ years of experience in an Analyst, Developer or Quality assurance role working on complex software programs. • Experience in creating and driving complex Integrated test strategy plans, integrated test data and environment coordination • Experience leading matrix teams to resolve defects within the defect lifecycle (detection, reporting, analysis, correction, validation). • Strong Communication skills across multiple levels of management and teams.* Assets • Previous PBM claim experience preferred • Quality Assurance management experience • *Healthcare Industry experience* • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access) • Proficiency with MS Visio • Relational database experience *Please send: * 1.
