*Mandatory Skills**



1. Exposure to or knowledge of Life Sciences manufacturing domain.
2. Minimum 6 years of Experience with MES systems and other manufacturing
related computer systems, i.e. POMS, PASx, CAMSTAR, OEE, Systech etc.
3. Strong experience in equipment troubleshooting, and in-depth automation
troubleshooting expertise.
4. Experience with implementing manufacturing execution systems and
automation systems.
5. Skilled in writing validation documents such as URS, functional /
technical specifications and test scripts in a GXP regulated environment.
6. Strong knowledge on S88, S95, 21 CFR and GMP.

*Preferred Skills**



1. Experience in a manufacturing environment utilizing SAP, TrackWise, QDCS
is a major plus
2. Knowledge in Local and wide area network administration, active
directory, firewall rules and SQL databases.
3. Experience with configuring/supporting Allen Bradley networks via RS
Linx Enterprise to communicate through Ethernet IP, ControlNet, and
DeviceNet for processor and HMI data flow.
4. Application knowledge for systems like Rockwell FactoryTalk, Allen
Bradley family of programmable controllers, Windows server 2008-2012 and
SQL databases







*Project Details**



The position’s primary responsibility is to support various functions and
applications within Client’s manufacturing environment. In this role, the
person will perform senior level MES functional duties in support and
delivery of manufacturing equipment/ systems in a pharmaceutical
environment. He or she will take part in the design, analysis and
programming of our final finish IT products on schedule and in accordance
with client requirements and global standards. The person will work with
stakeholders in Operations (Manufacturing, Package engineering and Quality)
as well as other stakeholders within the IT organization to provide
expertise in the area of computer technology, systems validation and
training.  This position will report into the IT organization and will be
located at the Wilson, NC facility but will be expected to work out of the
Durham, NC facility as needed.







*Job Roles/Responsibilities**



Responsible for timely resolution of the support issues in manufacturing
and packaging areas.
• Experience with MES systems and other manufacturing related computer
systems, i.e. POMS, OEE, Systech etc.
• Experience with configuring/supporting Allen Bradley networks via RS Linx
Enterprise to communicate through Ethernet IP, ControlNet, and DeviceNet
for processor and HMI data flow.
• Provide infrastructure and IT support for manufacturing plant systems,
including the implementation of new Mfg. equipment.
• Participate in various aspects of defining application hosting platforms,
including architecture, design, development, system testing, and user
acceptance testing.
• Knowledge in Local and wide area network administration, active
directory, firewall rules and SQL databases.
• Regularly monitor Mfg. Applications to maintain a healthy state and
provide patch management support.
• Skilled in writing validation documents such as URS, functional /
technical specifications and test scripts in a GXP regulated environment.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment utilizing SAP, TrackWise, QDCS
is a major plus
• Work with business customers, internal IT Staff and 3rd party vendors to
identify, coordinate, escalate and resolve technical support issues.
