(Hands-on) • Architecting the overall solution and providing technical guidance to team members • Participation in over program’s technical aspects and governance *Desired Skills* Ø Managing AEM Development projects as architect/practice lead which will have the following: Development of AEM components including customizations to out of the box features and services Service Development Development custom CQ5 components for Web Content Management Creation OSGI Bundles for deployment through Apache Sling Adobe AEM installations Integrating SiteCatalyst Web Analytics tool with CQ5 Combine data across solutions and third-party data sources, such as CRM, POS, email, and survey, to create a single view of the customer. Ø Experience on Managing AEM application during support, enhancements and administration Ø Building capabilities and expertise around Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign and Adobe Target. Ø Deliver personalized customer experiences across all channels and on any device. Ø Use predictive analytics to stay a step ahead of customer’s wants and needs.
