We are seeking a Developer/Analyst to be responsible for the technical design, development, configuration, unit testing, and support of applications and services for internal BPM applications. Responsibilities · Architect, Analyze and Develop on IBM’s Business Process Management · Perform business process development and integration using IBM BPM V8.5.x · Provide innovative solutions for our business processing (BPM) systems and initiatives · Develop and review application code for new and modified programs that meet user requirements · Follow all of BBH’s SDLC policies and procedures · Communicate effectively and proactively with business users, vendor, and all systems staff on and offshore · Provide day-to-day support of business user across five applications, as needed · Build and maintain strong test environments Qualifications Analytical skills · Must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task and be well organized · Ability to quickly understand custom processes · Critically evaluate information and summarize into detailed description of issue(s) · Prepare essential documentation to define requirements, test plans, analysis, etc. · Critically evaluate information and decompose into detailed description of issue Management skills · Team player; must be self motivated, have strong analytical skills, plan and manage time effectively, and be customer-focused · Manage development resource both on and offshore · Able to work well with others both in the team as well as with users · Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) · Strong project management skills Technical and development knowledge · 5 plus years of solid application development focused on BPM and other business process applications · Strong experience with IBM BPM 8.5 and other business process tools is a plus · Experiencedwith deploying applications to Websphereapplication server. · Ability to create new workflows from start to finish · Experience with performance tuning · Perform Installations of BPM applications on Linux and Windows platforms. · Experience in the design and development software applications using Java J2EE (JDK 1.5+) and user interface technologies using Java Server Faces (JSF), HTML and JavaScript. · Applied knowledge of basic J2EE Design Patterns · Experience implementing BPM integration with other enterprise/business applications. · Experience with XML technologies like XSLT, XSD, XML parsers, Java-XML binding frameworks · Experience in SOA and web services (SOAP and REST) · High proficiency level required in HTML, CSS, Javascript and other web related technologies.
