Ability to define reference architecture, best practices, and coding standards. Additionally, ensure that the standards and best practices are followed by the on-site and off-shore development teams 3. Ability to do hands-on development to develop POC and to take lead on developing key system modules 4. Experienced with designing integration architecture – REST/SOAP services, ETL (Informatica), and Messaging (JMS) 5.
