Josh Brown

President
Queen’s Sailing Team

===============================================================
The Queen’s Sailing Team is hiring a coach for fall 2009!

The Team:
Queen’s University is home to one of the most competitive collegiate sailing
teams in Canada. Our team races in approximately 30 regattas per year, in
the MAISA division of the Inter-Collegiate Sailing Association (ICSA). We do
most of our racing in Club 420s, but our sailors compete in Flying Juniors,
Lasers, Radials and keelboats as well.

Responsibilities:
The coach will lead afternoon practices at Kingston Yacht Club, Monday
through Thursday, from September until mid-November. The exact period of
employment is flexible. The coach will have opportunities to travel to
regattas, help with recruiting and lead fundraising initiatives.
This is a dream job for the right person!

Qualifications:
The successful coach will have an accomplished racing resumé, great
communication skills and their C.Y.A. Orange coaching level or equivalent.
Particular expertise with the Club 420 is an asset. The coach need not know
a lot about the collegiate sailing circuit, as long as he or she is willing
to learn.

Contact:
Please send your cover letter and resumé to Josh Brown by June 1st.
