Mike from Ealing kindly sent on this advert: a researcher is looking for
participants with smartphones for a task involving rating your Tube
travel. They pay £35; and an additional £40 if you’re selected for an
accompanied journey.
As well as retirees, ‘empty nesters’ and parents; they’re particularly
looking for ‘some visually impaired or blind people and some mobility
impaired people who use a walking stick, wheelchair, walking frame or
mobility aid’.

I am looking for people for the following research projects:
Project 1
Subject: Transport for London
· Men/Women aged 20 – 50 years with kids at home – living in
an Outer London Borough
45 - 65 years post family/empty nesters – living in an Inner London
Borough
65+ retirees – Living in an Inner London Borough
· All to use London Underground at least 2 x week, some to travel
during the week and some at weekends
· I am also looking for some visually impaired or blind people
· I am also looking for some Mobility impaired people who use a
walking stick, wheelchair, walking frame or mobility aid
· Everyone to have either an iPhone or android phone (no other
phones)
PART ONE Pay £35
You will be taking part in a week-long digital task from 8th June to 14th
June, using a mobile phone app - (really simple and quick literally just
saying if your journey was good or bad and if bad why.)
PART TWO Pay £40
You may be selected to take part in an accompanied journey on the tube
which will be for just one hour. This will take part between 15th-22nd
June
