The PATH vs Path is okay: there are programs, notably those which come from Unix, that need PATH, so Make upcases it. Most Windows programs don't care about case-sensitivity in Path. The other problem is because you have quotes around that directory name. Why did you do that? Windows doesn't need such directories to be quoted.
