No, sadly not, because it's not very comprehensive.
It was mostly written because I found it hypocritical to propose adding a
new module (ExtUtils::Constant) to the core, without supplying any test
code. And as MakeMaker had no tests, there wasn't much to build on.
It's intended to be a test of ExtUtils::Constant. But the only way I could
find of testing that was to actually go about building an extension, which
exercises part of MakeMaker.
[I mailed 2 more tests, based on removing the ExtUtils:::Constant test code
from ExtUtils.t to this list, and saw no comment, only a warning that
the address I'm mailing from isn't my subscribed address. Did they ever
make it?]
