I'm working on the htmlifypods target in MakeMaker and I came upon a
little problem. Where should HTMLified docs be installed to by
default? That is, what should the INSTALLHTML*DIR macros be set to?

The ExtUtils::MakeMaker docs talk about a set of %Config attributes
which don't appear to exist. 'installhtmlprivlibdir',
'installhtmlscriptdir' and 'installhtmlsitelibdir'. Win32's branch
appears to add in 'installhtmldir' and 'installhtmlhelpdir', but not
the ones above.

It appears to stem from this half-finished patch by Jan DuBois.

Jan, do you remember what's going on with this?

Should I junk the old MakeMaker fantasy code and go with installhtmldir?
Does Activestate have something to make htmlifypods work with installhtmldir?
Or to install module docs as HTML at all (I don't see how htmlifypods
ever worked)?

Help!
