If ExtUtils::ParseXS fixes bugs in xsubpp I'll be sorely tempted to have
MakeMaker depend on it.

Subject: [Module-build-general] ExtUtils::ParseXS -> CPAN
The uploaded file
ExtUtils-ParseXS-1.98_01.tar.gz
has entered CPAN as
file: $CPAN/authors/id/K/KW/KWILLIAMS/ExtUtils-ParseXS-1.98_01.tar.gz
size: 20294 bytes
md5: 7f5e33fe81c051ecba769f6f532b2206
This wraps the functionality of xsubpp into a module interface.
I'm using it for Module::Build, falling back to running xsubpp
if ParseXS isn't installed.
