Hello, Got this for ExtUtils::MakeMaker 6.21, with Cygwin 1.5.11:

Failed 2/35 test scripts, 94.29% okay. 41/569 subtests failed, 92.79% okay. Can someone confirm that it is a MakeMaker problem, or confirm that it works ok with cygwin-1.5.10?
