I know this will deepen .IF forest, but according to dmake documentation it
has "CONTROL MACROS"
MAKEVERSION Contains a string indicating the current dmake
version
number.
(not tried yet however)
But it could be possible to check for improper versions and refusing to
continue...
and, how it is possible to work with both 4.1 and 4.3, when main goal of
fixing dmake is to avoid bugs in previous version?

I proposed him (Dennis Vadura) to make SF project for dmake, but he did not
answered. He answered to other previous email though.
In any case, how do you think, is it reasonable to ask SF for creating
project and use, for example, CVS repository?
