I think Randy Kobes volunteered to take over some of the "Modules For
Sale"[1], but I don't recall which ones; and, to the best of my knowledge, no
one has pried any of them out of Schwern's hands yet. ;)
I volunteered for ExtUtils-Command and ExtUtils-Manifest,
both of which are in http://svn.perl.org/modules/.
They can't be released yet to CPAN without coordination
from ExtUtils-MakeMaker.
