Hi, is it somehow possible to add a 3rd party email address that will receive notifications etc. on a perticular bug?
The idea behind this: we are using Mantis internally. So our customers cannot report any bug directly. Instead our developers/support enter the issues in the Mantis system. Keeping our customers up to date is done by hand. Because we do not want to add a new Mantis user for every customer reporting a bug, it would be nice to add the customers email address per issue. So the customer will recieve the Mantis emails but does not need direct access to Mantis. Is this already possible? Or am I missing something? Should I add it as a feature request?
