Hi Leandro, The users table include all kinds of users: developers, support, administrators, clients, etc. The thing that differentiates between them is the access level.
To report an issue and assign it to a specific developer, you will need to go to the Report Issue page, select "Advanced" and then you will find the option to assign the issue to a person. You can also auto-assign all issues that are reported in a specific category to a specific person.
