   Bugs in different categories can be automatically assigned to an  
individual user (otherwise, they are left unassigned. I've used  
categories as you describe for projects, where all of the staff  
working on the project are on the project team. If you need to  
separate access for the individual elements (e.g., coders can't see  
documentation bugs), upi may want to use separate projects, or sub- 
projects.

   There is a severity called "feature".

   You can now have separate workflow on a per project basis. This  
may affect the choice of categories or projects.

   The only issue you may have with this workflow would be the  
handoff between users (coder vs writer).
