Dear mantis users,

I am using Mantis for a project, and i like it as it's well organised and easy
to use.

However, there is one thing i have not resolved concerning projects hierarchy.
I think this issue is well known, and I'm quite sure someone found how to get
through it.

I would like to separate two different aspects for the same bug : the products
in which it was found on the one hand, and the source's structural module (eg:
library, sub-program...) that causes the bug on the second hand.

The product would be indicated by the user when he reports the bug, whereas the
structural module would be indicated by a developer/manager while analysing the
bug.

Concretely, I need to make a bug viewable in (belonging to) two different
"projects".

How can we do this in Mantis ?

Apparently, the issue is "solved" in Bugzilla thanks to the fact that "products"
are separated from "components".

I am quite sure it is also possible in Mantis. But how ?

Thanks for answering.
