HI All - I have updated to Mantis 1.1.0 on my test box, but I have a few
questions. I looked at the manual on-line and tried to find release notes - but
couldn't find the info I wanted.
1. What is the "CreatePermaLink" link for in the View Issues screen?
2. What is the Tags field for?
