I didn't know that this page also looks at the project selector, thanks for the hint. I don't know if that helps though. My main problem: We usually send out emails if a new bug is entered. The level is set to MANAGER to ADMINISTRATOR. We have users that are managers or even administrators so they have all the needed rights to create new projects, manage bugs etc. With that level they automatically get emails on new bug reports. But not all users need to get all the mails from all projects. I would like to configure that user 1 gets emails if a new bug is entered into project 1 but not for new bug reports in project 2. That's why I was looking for a setting that is not just valid for a certain user level (or range) but for a single user. I don't want to lower the user level just so they don't get any new mails. I think I did get what I want with the above mentioned notify_flags entered in "Manage Configuration" -> "Configuration Report" -> "Set Configuration Option" where I can also specify the user. If the Email Notifications page also had a user selector that would be best I think.
