Glenn,

It may be obvious to you and other experienced admins, but I find the  
setup for file uploads to very cryptic. Perhaps one of the experts  
could put together a step-by-step "how to" on this topic.

For me, I had uploads working but after an OS update and a Mantis  
update, the feature is again failing. It fails on a "file type" error.  
So I need to walk through the settings again to make sure I have them  
all in agreement. In this case, a "how to" page would help.

The manual is fine as a reference. The "how to" should be written like  
a take-apart guide.

If I felt confident in my understanding of the settings I would offer  
a draft, but given I am again struggling to restore the feature, I  
think I should defer to a more knowledgeable person.
