We'd like to know the difference between closed and fixed status.

The status values are 'resolved' (issue is closed by development, but not
necessarily available to the end user), abd 'closed' (issue resolved and
available to all users). This accounts for a flow that may have a QA or
loadbuild cycle where developers fix things and someone else tests and makes
it available to customers.

 

I don't think this makes sense in that exact scenario though, because
normally for that purpose you'll have a "To be tested" or similar status.
