I am new to Mantis, and have set it up on a Windows PC, using the simple 'BitNami' installer:
bitnami-mantis-1.1.5-0-windows-installer.exe
This seems to have worked, although I had to select a port other than 80, as it complained that it was in use, so I selected 81.
I can log in using my administrator password (I can also log in as administrator from other PCs on the network), create projects etc. - but I cannot add new users.
When I attempt to do this, I receive a message that it was successful, and that I will receive a password via email, but I never do. I have also tried to 'Reset Password' when logged in as Administrator, but I do not receive an email in this case either.
I have searched the web for some help with this, but have found nothing.
Please help if you can - starting with the most obvious advice!...
