The problem, if I remember correctly, has to do with the incorrect caching 
headers sent with versions 1.1.5 and earlier.  You shoul be able to fix the 
problem by upgrading to 1.1.6.

If that is indeed *not* your problem, and you are using 1.1.6 already, are you 
running a proxy server?  We seem to be having quite a bit of trouble with proxy 
servers caching things when they shouldn't be...
