I found articles describing how to make Mantis run as a service on
Windows. I was successful in getting the Apache and mysql servers
starting as services but when I try and go to the web page for Mantis I
cannot get there. If I shut down the services and run mantis from the
inmstart.cmd file everything works fine. The services start with no
errors. I am new to using Mantis so any help would be greatly
appreciated. I made sure the ports were set to 3360 for MySQL and 8008
for Apache.
