Ivan,

Look in your Mantis config, either config_inc.php which is what you should
change or config_defaults_inc.php if you made no changes, and search for:

# Mantis File Upload Settings

Under this section you will see an option named: $g_file_upload_method.
If the value is DATABASE then the files are saved to your DB and your
sql backup is all you need.  If it is DISK, then you would need to also
backup the files.
