Atif, I agree with Jim that adjusting your indexes is the right step. When we went through the process, which did not take very long, our response improved markedly.
I didn't mention it earlier because the Mantis team has looked at this before. Nonetheless, the "out of the box" settings are intended for small datasets. You are not in that category and it makes sense to follow Jim's advice to gain a better insight to the products capabilities.
