In my prior post about this subject I had posted...
"Stepping through the installation steps as published in

smoothly. I untarred the package, and performed a chown -R user:user for the
MantisDirectory for the user that runs the app. (There is an existing instance
in another directory alias, long story...)
I get to the point where we are post database configuration. Since there is
another instance using the database name bugtracker, we named this one
BugSmasher. I click the link to log in and set up accounts and projects which
brings me to...
https://Servername/MantisDirectory/manage_proj_create_page.php
Which serves up a blank page...
Any clues how to get past this?

It was suggested that I check the memory limit parameter in the php.ini file,
which was done, (it was not low as was supposed).
Does anyone have a suggestion for how to resolve this issue?
