Hi Jorge,
out of the box this should be possible if there is a Mantis user account for
every affected user.
Use the "sent a reminder" function. The reminded people is now in the list of
users who are monitoring the issue and will be alerted by mail on changes of it.

Im looking for something, to inserta list of affected users to the #bugs, so
that those users can be alerted.
This list should be an email address, and Ishould be able to insert several
emails addresss.
