As far as I know, adding users manually is the only way, but I am still running
1.1.x. Ideally there should be a project menu available for each user account
when you manage users.
Are all 140 really active right now? Maybe just start by adding all 5 to the
most used projects. As you know you can add them at once using "Manage
Projects".

Quick Q we are using Mantis 1.2.4
I have had a request come in for 5 new users to be added with 'the same
projects as me' where they are in 140 projects.
Traditionally I'd add them manually - but that is too many projects for too
many people.
Am I missing the 'Clone User' or 'Copy projects from x' or add all sub projects
button?
