What do you mean by "Map Agent"?
There is a process that handles MapGuide requests, that is called
"MapAgent.exe", but you should not encounter that one from WebStudio.
Previews do not work inside WebStudio, if you don't have the PHP API.

The site Admin and tests work fine.
The URL for Web Studio is http://localhost/mapguide
Web Studio opens and the samples load, the site admin opens but the Map
Agent returns the HTTP error - 403
