I believe there are no counters exposed on windows. There are the following
counters
exposed in xml via site.getSiteInfo(). Do these cover you requirements or
are there other
stats you would like to monitor?

<Statistics>
<AdminOperationsQueueCount>0</AdminOperationsQueueCount>
<ClientOperationsQueueCount>0</ClientOperationsQueueCount>
<SiteOperationsQueueCount>0</SiteOperationsQueueCount>
<AverageOperationTime>71</AverageOperationTime>
<CpuUtilization>0</CpuUtilization>
<TotalOperationTime>5</TotalOperationTime>
<TotalConnections>18</TotalConnections>
<TotalOperationsProcessed>70</TotalOperationsProcessed>
<TotalOperationsReceived>71</TotalOperationsReceived>
<Uptime>31480</Uptime>
</Statistics>
