Alright well this is going down a completely different track now. There is an oddity and I'm not sure what part is causing it. When the site is not trusted everything works as it should. Hover over a point feature and you see a tool tip along with being able to select the feature. With the cursor directly over the feature. Once the site is trusted something changes, and here is where it gets odd and goes down a different track then before. This is where I was wrong, You can still select and hover and get the tooltip the only problem is you have to hold the cursor north of the feature you want to select. I tried to get a screen shot but the cursor doesn't get captured.
Probably has nothing to do with trusted or not it's the MSXML 5.0 being enabled. I think. I've tried this theory on two different machines looking at the same map and was able to reproduce the results. I created a temporary test site that you can look at and see if you get the same results at: https://mgos.innomap.com/mapguide/taylortest Take a look and let me know if you get the same results. I'll leave the site up today or till we figure out the issue. All that did was make it so now I can't select point features if the site is trusted or not. However... I've had a new development that might lead to a solution. Having that MSXML 5.0 control enabled is a trigger however I have some other maps that are not effected by this. So two maps setup the same using basically the same data providers, one having the issue the other not. The only thing I can think of that is different between the two is one is under a secured site and the other is not. Does anyone have any thoughts on this causing an issue? I didn't update sarissa. I just downloaded, Since I've never heard of sarissa, do I install the update on the server on will that need to be installed on the users computers? I'm guessing the server so this email is probably worthless but I'm tired and lost. Thanks, Jackie.
