Try changing the server settings. In the IIS settings, open up the properties for the default web site and go to the HTTP headers tab. Enable Content Expiration, and set it to expire immediately. On the Web Site tab, please also disable the "HTTP Keep-Alives Enabled" box. Please let me know if that works for you after restarting the MapGuide service. This worked for me.
