There were some instability issues previously (and there are still some
now) with the OGR provider.
Int the file "serverconfig.ini", try adding "OSGeo.OGR" to the
"DataConnectionPoolExcludedProviders".
I have not seen the problem you are describing before.
What version of MapGuide are you using?
Have you updated the FDO files?
