That usually happens when MapGuide fails to load the provider.
The usual cause for this is a missing dll dependency (did you install
the oracle client?).
To resolve it, try opening the SL-King dll with DependencyWalker,
or run MapGuide in commandline mode.

same OS (Win2008 x64) with the same MGOS 2.0.2 and KingOracle 0.8.5.
On the old server everything works great, but on the new, I have problems.
When making a "New Dataconnection" in MapGuide Maestro or Autodesk
MapGuide Studio 2009, it opens the tab "New resource".
In the Provider window I get 1 empty pair of "Property" - "Value". The
"Property" field is blank and I can't input the username, password,
service, etc.
If I write into the "Value" fileds, after inputing something to the
2nd field, I get the error "Value column 'Property' is constrained to
be unique. Value '' is already present. Do you want to correnct this
value?"
On the old server, I get the Properties list (username, password,
service, srid, etc.) and I can input Values and connect.
